There were a lot of great finds: vintage champagne glasses, lots of unique jewelry (old and new), kitchen and housewares, and art. We found a really cool old San Francisco map laminated onto recycled wood that is now hanging in our dining room! And you know that lawn I mentioned above? Well, that's where the food trucks are. One of my favorite trucks, Curry Up Now, was there and I knew that would be my lunch. It was lovely to take a rest from walking the market to enjoy the weather on the lawn. I love that Treasure Island gives you views of the city that you don't usually see. I couldn't resist taking lots of pics! I highly recommend that you check out the TI Flea!

Treasure Island Flea Market
On Saturday I had an adventure going over to the Treasure Island Flea Market. I had never been to Treasure Island before, just had seen it from afar from the city and the Bay Bridge. The flea market was an excellent excuse to go. For anyone that has been to the Alameda Flea Market (the mother of all fleas), this is similar in offering but a lot smaller. I loved the location, with beautiful palm trees and a great view of the city. There is also a lawn where we ate lunch and enjoyed the weather, but a little more on that later. Here are some pics of the flea and our day.
